In the last week I have seen a pair of Rainbow Lorikeets at a feeder in Red Hill, one of which has a ring on the left leg. As far as I can determine, the ring is dark blue with light blue edges. There are some white characters on the ring but have been unable to get clear look. They would appear to be CP42 or CP412. The CP4 is clear and the last digit is definitely 2. What's in between has so far eluded me. Can anyone shed any light.

I should mention that the unringed bird is the one I mentioned on the chat line some months ago which has consistently come to the feeder most days in the last 6 months.

Regards
Shaun
