The Heart of the City?

A couple of days ago all flat, immovable, surfaces in Turtle Bay (where we live) were enhanced with notices bearing the picture of two parrotlets that had gone missing.  This evening the notices had been replaced with ones saying the blue parrotlet had been found.

 

The green one was alas still absent but since the news of the blue one's return concluded with "and we paid money for it" I would suspect that the writer knows that a Manhattanite's heart is right behind their wallet!
