Some people had indicated that they were still interested in this one,
so I can confirm that as of 1545 today, she was still present at the
same site in the NBG. ie in the wattles immediately across the bitumen
road to the west of the rockery, and in particular along the curved
track that runs 'parallel' to the bitumen and separates sections 2 and
3. She stayed low and quiet, moving quickly and eventually disappearing
towards the rockery. She didn't call in the short time I watched her,
but I later heard her (trill, not clicks) in the tall dense bushes on
the southern boundary of the rockery.
This was my fifth attempt, and I only saw her this time on the mandatory
'just one more circuit' after I'd actually given up, so it's worth
perservering.
good luck!
Ian
