Anthony HANZAB6 says:"First immature male: Very similar to adult female ... rose pink wash on breast, while varying in extent and strength and overlapping much with appearance of adult female, tends to be slightly stronger than in adult female ... some show ... blotchy [pink] appearance not seen in female ..." Illustration in HANZAB also shows immature male with more pink than female (true to verbal description). David Rosalky |
