Apart from all that, female Golden Whistlers vary along the eastern edge of Australia,
although peripheral to this particular bird. Further north from here they also
show variable yellow on their underparts, especially near the vent. I
wonder if it is a little harsh to say "The HANZAB drawings are particularly
poor". Maybe if they show as too brown and not enough grey.
