I drove out to Micalong Swamp today (off Brindabella Rd towards Tumut). Not much to report apart from the odd Scarlet and Flame Robins. Most spots I visited in Buccleuch State Forest were quiet. Some honeyeater movement, no groups greater than 20 birds. At the swamp there were quite a lot of Silvereyes and Red-browed Finches among the blackberries and pines.

On the dam by Uriarra Homestead were among others a pair of Pink-eared Ducks, a Musk Duck, 6 Australasian Shoveler and 2 Black-fronted Dotterels.

Cheers
Marnix
