This morning’s migration was not quite as spectacular as last Sunday and petered out a little earlier.  However, while counting was impossible, many thousands of birds and possibly tens of thousands passed over us.  They appeared to be all Yellow-faced with the odd Red Wattle-bird.  Their direction was similar to last week, coming from the direction of Mt Mugga/Callum Brae and heading due east.
