Have you ever seen a Russet-capped Tesia or a , White-rumped Kingfisher? These are endemic

Speaking of Flores.... this is the Island where 'the Hobbit’ was found, one of
the most exciting finds in the study of human evolution. I invite you all
to a talk about 'The Hobbit', it is on Thursday (see below- I
don’t think Colin will know about the birds of Flores,
though).
