I popped out to the Wetlands today after Michael's email and was happy to see the flock of 14 Cattle Egrets still present among the cattle in the paddocks, albeit widely dispersed. A Great Egret was also present. Cheers Marnix
This morning (2 April) a formation of ca. 35 Cattle Egrets flying northward high over Campbell Park. Had a chance to count the flock of Straw-necked Ibis on the ground that Allan and Hazel Wright have mentioned: 170 Michael Lenz
