Hello all

There is also a family of Wood Ducks at RMC Duntroon Golf Course - 7 very small ducklings. And a group of at least 16 YTBC doing great damage to the Radiata pines with cones and branchlets thrown all around the course. A flock of some 100 SN Ibis flying over. I did not see where they landed but probably on the sporting fields where the ground is a little softer than other unwatered areas. No doubt many species would be battling for survival after so many months of dry weather. Plenty of Galahs and C Rosellas but recently there have not been any Easterns or RR Parrots around the course.

And this morning, while at the clothes line, I heard the first YFHE flying over our house (near Kambah Pool Road in Sth ACT).
