Today for the first time I noticed YFHEs migrating in loose flocks in Canberra. It was a perfect warm calm day.
# A flock of 10 birds at Lake Jerrabomberra at lunchtime.
# Another flock of 10 birds at Isabella Pond at 2.30pm moving along lake margins in Casuarina.
