Adrian Manning and I had nice though rather distant views of a Black Falcon over the paddocks south of the Gooroo carpark on Horse Park Drive at about 1245. We were alerted to its presence by a tightly packed flock of about 100 Starlings that were flying low and fast over the paddocks. Also a few Needletails around during the morning.
