A reminder that tomorrow the 2nd of Feb. is World Wetlands Day, a celebration of the signing of the Ramsar Convention for the protection of migratory waterbirds.

COG will mark the event with an outing to Kelly Swamp and the adjacent sewage ponds on Sunday 5th Feb.
We aim to cater for all levels of birding expertise and new birders will be particularly welcome.

We will assemble in the carpark at the end of Dairy Flat Road (past the Birrigai school) at 7.30 am.

Please wear sensible shoes and a hat/sunscreen. I hope to be finished before it gets too hot.
