When I think how many years after I arrived in Canberra before I got good views of Superbs...

After the flock of 10 in Oatley Court on Tuesday morning,...

one (young?) perched in the carpark between DIMIA and MagnetMart in Belconnen Town Centre on Wednesday morning and again on Thursday at lunchtime.

three flying over the intersection of Coulter Drive and Belconnen Way on Thursday evening.

They indeed are everywhere, at least in the north-west. Had "my" 8 again
this morning at 11:30. They parked in a neighbour's gum and I was able to
work out that there were at least two young (the male parrot fed one).
Attempted photography and scored the last two inches of a tail... Then this
evening at about 8pm, a flock of 11 headed over, in a nw direction. A most
welcome addition to the garden bird list, which also features this week
large numbers of mynas, sparrows and starlings. b

They're everywhere....

At 8:15am as I was walking to work, I had a flock of 10 fly over Oatley Ct
in Belconnen town centre. Maybe Anthony's pair has joined up with Barbara's

8???
