A visit to some nice grassy woodland in the Uriarra area today produced a Restless Flycatcher nest with 4 nestlings being fed, and in the same tree a flimsy White-winged Triller nest with 2 begging nestlings, and in the adjacent Yellow Box a Dusky Woodswallow nest with 1 nestling. I think the flowering Yellow Box, which seemed to attract a lot of insects and butterflies, was the reason they were possibly nesting there. Heaps of Rufous Whistler and Rufous Songlarks in the area too. Also Varied Sittella, Leaden Flycatcher, Gerygones and a Wedge-tailed Eagle in an undulating display flight.

Cheers
Marnix
