Interesting, because on several occasions during the past 20 years, I've often been surprised by the number (usually around seven) of Wedge-tails I've seen about 10 km either side of Bredbo. Also, have often seen them on the wing from that area of the Googong Dam foreshores that you access by travelling past Burra.
