The pair of Jacky Winters that were building a nest at Namadgi Visitors’ Centre last month, in a eucalypt by the car park, were feeding 2 fledglings yesterday morning. Rufous Songlarks also nearby, and many more at Tharwa Sandwash, where there were also Richard’s Pipits, a Kestrel and pair of Brown Falcons. A Pallid Cuckoo and a Shining Bronze Cuckoo were calling near the Namadgi Centre.
