Peregrine Falcons

Last Sunday while umpiring a cricket match at the fields near the Mint I saw 3 Peregrine Falcons.  They were making lots of noise, kik kik kik if I remember correctly.  I wonder if it was parents and offspring.  Are they regularly seen in that area?
