Last year I wrote several times about the Aust. Hobby nesting in an old Raven's nest in the second tree in the median strip up from the corner of Drakeford / Boddington / Marconi, in Kambah. I drove past there this morning and saw one Hobby fly to the tree and alight about 50 cm below the nest. Just a quick first observation but it may lead to them reusing the site. Last year they raised two young from that nest.
