On Sunday four SP flew west over "central Flynn" at
08:55.
Today a male was calling from a Eucalypt in a
garden behind my yard at 14:15. Literally superb views of it with the sun
catching its yellow feathers. After about 10 minutes it was joined by a female
& they then remained in the tree for another 10-15 minutes before flying
west.
At times they were preening & there was no
suggestion of stress or alarm. (The male I saw at the ANBG some months ago was
much less relaxed & the same could be said for the male flying near the
Malaysian embassy on 7th August)
