Can anyone suggest what this bird is?

Seen around 1pm today (Wednesday 11 May) above the pond outside Chats cafe at the School of Art, ANU:

a small mainly bright green parrot, a small red area on the leading edge of the shoulders, yellow on the back edge of the wings, red above bill then turquoise blue on head, dark eye, pale yellowish bill with red around it, long thin tail. Approximately Rainbow Lorikeet size.

it certainly wasn't a Red-rump (rump was green) and allowed me to get within a meter and a half before flying a short distance.

Rick
