Which Egret

At Kelly's this morning there were three of these Egrets.
How apart from size which I am not great at estimating
    how  can I tell whether they were little, intermediate or great?

The one in the photo looks like a Cattle Egret to me, particularlywith the very obvious feathering on the lower mandible.
