RFI south coast shrub

I know this is off topic, but can someone identify this low shrub (<2m) which I found growing on the sandspit between Wallaga Beach and Wallaga Lake, and also in low dune at Brou Beach by Dalmeny.

I have tried to find it using the resources on the Net and think it might by Westringia fruticosa (coastal rosemary), Alyxia buxifolia (sea box), or maybe Kunzea ambigua (tick bush), Melaleuca armillaris (bracelet honey-myrtle) or Senecio odoratus (scented groundsel)...or none of the above.
