In addition to David & Kathy Cook's  report on their visit to the Hackett site, here my observation from the previous day (Thurs., 31 Mar): arrived around 7.30 h, took a while to find some birds (4), small groups kept arriving until there were 17  together in an apple box close to the tank, finally they were joined by another 12, then all flew together into trees in the more open country towards the power lines. They stayed there for a few minutes, then all took off again, flying towards the tank, but past it. Could not re-locate them after that, but did not search too far away from the tank area.
