Canberra is sounding more like Dar es Salaam everyday. All it needs is a few Maasai herding cattle up Marcus Clarke St and sightings of Lilac-breated Rollers on Red Hill will be guaranteed! With reference to Geoffrey's original allocation of roles I'm surprised he didn't anoint David McDonald for "Provision of Historical context". Martin |
