I went to Mt Majura friday afternoon.
Saw 11 definite glossy black cockatoos at the upper dam, there were possibly
13. One female with a lot of yellow on the head fed a baby which was begging.
Then she groomed a male. Very cute with them all sitting together.
Saw a pair of grey currawongs feed a dependent baby. The baby was browner than
pied currawongs with a reddish/ruddy tinge on its chest.
Also saw pair of speckled warblers, white throated gerygone, yellow thornbill,
pair of leaden flycatchers, brown thornbills probably on nest, woodswallows,
and lots of common bronzewings.
