Well there was one, the extinct (in 1939) Carolina Parakeet. For information see e.g. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carolina_parakeet.

 

There was an email chat list (I think based in USA) called "feral naturalised parrots" some years ago, that tracked this trend of ferals. On a quick search I did not find it now.
