At 6am this morning at high tide we had excellent and extended views of

of the point near a single black rock on the beach near the boat ramp.
Unperturbed by our presence it came within 20 metres of us. When it
eventually flushed it flew off with a small flock of stints in a
westerly direction. We had not been able to find it the previous
evening when the tide was low.
