John Disney curator of Ornithology at the Australian Museum from 1962 died recently aged 94. No doubt many list member knew him. The funeral is Wednesday: http://tributes.smh.com.au/obituaries/smh-au/obituary.aspx?n=henry-disney&pid=170489978 We owe John Disney a debt for his part in saving the Woodhen. Andrew Taylor |
