Further to the display of 28 dead Freckled Ducks, retrieved from two wetlands 
on opening weekend, duck season 2014.The state government's hunting supervisory 
body, Game Victoria, says it's investigating.All duck hunters must pass a 
Waterfowl Identification Test in order to obtain a licence to hunt waterfowl. 
It is only required to be passed once.
