How could I! By using the past tense I refer to the job done on them by cane toads! The last pig I encountered I caught in a cast net in central Arnhem Land. The end result was the tastiest sweet and sour pork I've ever had. But knowing of the damage they do I'd be happy to forego such dishes to see wild pigs disappear forever.
