Location: On our property at Rockleigh
White-necked Heron (Ardea pacifica) (1) Another new species for our place, the
fifth so far in 2013. The heron was disturbed in the creek bed, which has some
waterholes at the moment. We are about 25km from the Murray and a bit further
from Laratinga.

Location: Clayton Bay
Black-chinned Honeyeater (Melithreptus gularis) (1) Two birds feeding in
Eucalypts outside the Clayton CFS shed. My dad and I have regularly recorded
Black-chins in Clayton over the past 4 months,at least.

White-necked Heron (Ardea pacifica) (1) Single bird in wet paddock along with
White-faced Heron and Straw-necked Ibis.
Little Corella (Cacatua sanguinea) (200) Large flock near a dam at side of road.
