The NSW Game Council has been disbanded & its functions transferred to the Dept 
of Primary Industries. All hunting on NSW State lands has been banned for at 
least 2 months. The hunting in NSW National  Parks policy is still in place, 
but the criteria for eligibility for hunters has be considerably changed. See
