Peter,

There are various pedestrian access points along the length of the park. I 
don't think the staff will monster you if you were to wander in a way via one 
of them. Using one of these points would probably be better for the dawn 
chorus, as they would get you away from the racket of Lane Cove Road.  Suitable 
access points can be found on page 70 of the Draft Plan of Management at
