Red eye removal

Hi Everybody,
this is a little of topic for most but there are a number of great
photographers out there...

I'm just wondering what software people use to remove "red-eye" from
wildlife photos? I used to have quite a reasonable program but that was
about 6-7 years, and a couple of computers, ago.
