Published sightings for the week ending 9 Dec 2012.

Wed 5 Dec Freckled Duck, Blue-billed Duck, Black-tailed Godwit Greenfields Wetlands, Dry Creek
Freckled Duck (4) In southern-most pond near carpark. Birds saw me and flushed as I made my way along concealed embankment, not to be seen again. Blue-billed Duck (1) Female. In second pond (anti-clockwise) with grebes. Black-tailed Godwit (1) Non-breeding bird feeding with nine Banded Stilt.

Black Falcon Whites Road Wetlands, Bolivar
Black Falcon (1) Flew slowly over treetops from north and put everything up before disappearing to south-west. Not regularly seen so far south on Adelaide Plains.

One adult BTG showing well on pond three at dusk.
