G'day Chris et al

Looks like the subspecies dedii (Bali & Lombok) of Collocalia linchi to me. It is linchi because as Mick says that is green on the upper wings & not the blue of the Glossy Swiftlet, and the subsp. dedii has little green and mostly black as your photo indicates.

With the NW winds we have been having any of the swifts could turn up in Aus, so it pays to keep ones eyes looking skyward.
