Hello Folks,

The bird in the following link was observed on the 7-08-2012 on the NSW far
south coast. At the time I filed it as a Pied Oystercatcher with an unusually
white under-wing. However, after reviewing pictures on the net I've had my
doubts resurface. The bird was distinct enough in the field that it may be
pause on it for a while, however, the jizz wasn't different enough from
traditional Pied and it was displaying with Pieds so I left it at that:

Thanks in advance,

D.
