Sat 4 Aug Dusky Grasswren Emily Gap
Several birds active on creekbed and adjacent rocks at the northern end of the gap at 10.30am, with prolonged views of one trio. A pleasant surprise to see grasswrens at this site, and even more surprising to see them right down on the sand.

Male and female birds seen together on EP7 before they flew to EP10.

Cinnamon Quail-thrush seen on east side of Santa Teresa Rd road in small ravine.

Wed 18 Jul Grey Honeyeater Newhaven Reserve
Grey Honeyeater (1) 22/7 South of The Mesa along Hillside Tour. Gleaning for insects in a flowering Hakea divaricata. Watched at close quarters (often less than a metre away) for about 15 minutes.
