Hi
Some time ago there was a req for info on Fairy-wrens in the Lake
Samsonvale/cemetry area in SE Qld. I had the email for ages, but deleted
it just recently...

If the interested party is still out there and still interested (?) I
had a male Superb F-wren this morning sporting a very vivid pink leg
band on his right leg - it was only a very fleeting glimpse so I can't
add much more than that....he looked like he had just completed his
moult and was freshly plumaged, accompanied by about 4
brown/female-types. Maybe it was the pink ring....

Don't know if that's any help or a complete waste of time, but feel free
to email me if there is anything else I might be able to add...

Cheers

Colin
