Sun 22 Apr Rainbow Lorikeet Gungahlin Town Centre
3 Rainbow Lorikeets flew east over Gungahlin Town Centre at about 1400 today.

Two females this morning near the carpark.

Cattle Egret, Pied Currawong Kelly's Swamp & Jerrabomberra Wetland, Fyshwick
Cattle Egret (28) on the swamp and an extremely large flock of at least 100 Pied Currawong flew over in waves.

Sat 21 Apr Black Falcon Mulligan's Flat Sanctuary
At 1700 this afternoon a male Black Falcon was observed quartering Mulligan's Flat Sanctuary high above the tree tops. It departed northward into NSW.

Tue 17 Apr Swift Parrot Mulligan's Flat Sanctuary
7 Swift Parrots flew past me, heading east, at about 1400 today in the heart of Mulligan's Flat. I was unable to locate them in any of the flowering Eucalypts.

Fan-tailed Cuckoo, Shining Bronze-Cuckoo Shepherd's Lookout
1 Fan-tailed Cuckoo and 1 Shining Bronze-Cuckoo [Moderator comment - Sue states these were different birds to those recorded by her on the same day at the confluence of the Molonglo and Murrumbidgee rivers.]
