Dave - funnily enough my experience was totally different, in that Ozbirdpix
seemed to be a bunch of dedicated birders interested in birds and their
ecology first and photographs second.

The other "photo outlets" I have found a bit censorious (eg, post the
scientific name or don't post at all) and probably more interest in "the
shot" rather than the birds. But as always, your mileage may vary. Either
way, I'd like to see less "Art Morris" and more birds in their environment!
