Red-browed Treecreeper
Square Rock Track, Namadgi National Park
Pair seen in mixed feeding flock some 200 metres along track from Smokers Gap car park on Corin Rd. A White-throated Treecreeper briefly harassed the pair and then happily continued foraging nearby.

Glossy Black Cockatoo
Rob Roy Nature Reserve, ACT
We had good views of a pair of Glossy Black Cockatoos munching on Casuarina cones a bit after 3pm today .
The yellow on the head of one and red under tails of both were clearly visible.
We saw them next to one of the main fire trails at lat 35.48307, lon=149.12069

Painted Button-Quail
Mulligan's Flat NR
Beyond birdwalk marker post 5 where there remains a boggy area among the swales, that only a few weeks ago were small ponds. The habitat would be most suitable for Brown or King Quail
but no, instead it was the denizen of stony slopes strutting among the
tussocks. One brightly-coloured female and three other less colorful individuals were present. Currently, there are Brown and also Stubble Quail in the reserve.

Four in non-breeding plumage perching at tops of casuarina spp at southern end of lake and flying/circling that area - at approx 3pm (15.00 hrs)

Pink Robin
ANBG
The female Pink Robin is still present at the Botanic Gardens frequenting, rather unusually for this species, the dry, scrubby area on the bend in the road above the rainforest gully. Rarely still for a moment, it seems to perform a regular circuit of about 20 metres around the road bend, keeping primarily to low bushes and occasionally popping out onto the road for a second or two. Seen by Alastair Smith in the morning; Steve Wallace, myself, and at least one other person in the afternoon.

At least 8 pairs of Glossy Black-Cockatoos were seen in Rob Roy Nature Reserve by one of the rangers, Joe Clifton (per Nicki Taws)

Latham's Snipe
North Watson Wetlands
Bird flushed by two people undertaking a water quality survey of the wetlands. In scanning some Annual Bird Reports, the usual last date seems to be February.
