Hi Everyone,

There's no surprise in finding Glossy Blacks where we did this morning, but still it was a delight. We started birding at 6am in the Old Caloundra Road between the Bruce Highway and Landsborough in the forestry area. Birds were few and far between with dark clouds rolling across the sky, but around 7am we found a sunny spot where birds were busy and numerous. A pair of Glossy Blacks flew towards me and landed in a tree where we were able to have plenty of good viewing.

Cheers,

Jill
