It's at http://www.nanpa.org/docs/NANPA-Ethical-Practices.pdf. Probably either 
would do, but each has points that aren't in the other. For example, theirs 
doesn't mention nests at all, but is more specific about being a good example 
and reporting bad behaviour. This is an interesting one:
"Don't argue with those who don't care; report them."

Note that NANPA isn't specifically a birding association.

I would be interested to see how that code compares to the one adopted by
BOCA (http://boca.org.au/about-boca/our-policies)
