If anyone has any news from birders in the Lockyer Valley/Helidon/Toowoomba area would be great to hear from you. I've tried to contact several individuals and heard nothing, apparently Grantham is a disaster area, houses have been swept over a kilometre. I'm sure that you will be seeing reports on the media in the coming hours but be prepared for some bad news.....
