Hi Birding-Aussers,

I know many of you have visited Malaysia so I thought you may be able to help
me with the planning for our next trip.

We are going to Sabah on an organized tour at the end of November but wish to
precede this with a birding trip around peninsular Malaysia. We plan to go to
the "usual" hotspots i.e.

- Fraser's Hill
- Taman Negara
- Kuala Selangor

We had also thought of going to Panti but it seems a long drive and I'm not
sure about accommodation there.

Are there any other places we should go to?

Have any of you any hints and tips regarding the above locations?? (Good
birding spots and trails, guides, accommodation, transport etc). How many days
do you reckon you need at each place?

Thanks in anticipation

Rosemary Royle

PS If any of you have relevant trip reports you could send that would be great
