Attack by Friarbird.

Every month I am involved in "Bird Talkback" on ABC Far North in Cairns. The programme has been running over three years with a developing local audience. Last week the host was reading the newspaper on her back deck and without warning had a Helmeted Friarbird attack her (head and hair) and drew blood on her cheek. We are unable to ascertain any motive for the attack. I would be appreciative if any other birders have any such records with friarbirds.
