Published sightings for the week ending 6 Jun 2010.

Sun 6 Jun       Cape Barren Goose Tamar Island Wetlands Reserve,
Launceston. 
(2) are still present in a paddcok adjacent to the highway about 700
metres south of the wetlands reserve car park.

        Double-banded Plover, White-faced Heron. Kelso 
Walked from Kelso jetty to the mouth of the Tamar (western end of Greens
Beach) - highlight was 37 x Double-banded Plover - also counted at least
26 x White-faced Heron on the mud/sand flats.

Fri 4 Jun       Double-banded Plover Orielton Lagoon 
65+ birds feeding on mudflats (65).
