Hi Laurie,

BA would have this information at their fingertips (very easy to pull from
the Atlas I think).   I can't recall the figure being quoted at any stage,
and it would be extremely unlikely to include rarities unless someone
actually atlassed them, so it wouldn't be a complete list anyway.
